I need to ask a question
- If you need more information about an item, just ask the seller. Click the ‘Contact seller’ button on the item page to make contact.
I need to place an order
- If you need help making an order, visit the Buying on Vinterior section of our FAQs.
- If you’re a professional buyer, please apply to our Trade Buyer Program.
I need help with my order
- If you have questions about an ongoing order, always contact your seller first. You can do this through your orders page, or using the "View my order" link in your confirmation email.
- You need to cancel or return an item, please read our Cancellations and Return Policy.
- If your seller doesn’t respond for more than 72 hours, or your request is urgent, please contact us by email at info@vinterior.co.
